Bonnie's Bio

My passion is helping my clients achieve clarity about themselves, the goals and direction of their businesses, careers, or other aspects of their lives. Through coaching, we partner to determine that direction. The routes taken can vary, for instance, a client might very much want to improve and increase collaborative communication to achieve exceptional and much enhanced teamwork. Regardless of the path, clients meet benchmarks of professional development whether this is desired in their work environment or personal lives, and they create the change they want.

My clients want to design the "more" and "better" in their company or themselves. Some clients have made radical career changes, some have used coaching to take them to the next step within a present position, employer or endeavor. Each is unique in how they meet their challenges and design their change and progress.

I am a professionally certified co-active coach (CPCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). My clients range from CEO to student and they come from very diverse for-profit industries as well as non-profit organizations. My own professional career in the corporate world as well as academia has been equally diverse. I developed and implemented a university career coaching program in Denver and in my corporate life, I enjoyed working as a senior executive in sales and marketing positions with both start up and mature companies in the communications industry. My focus included strategic planning and development, management and implementation of successful sales, marketing and promotion campaigns, contract negotiation, professional development and career coaching of my employees. I am preently on the board of directors of the Alliance of Professional Women and also president of the Webster University Denver Alumni Chapter.

My training and development background (in addition to my coaching) includes being an instructor and speaker at several colleges and universities in Missouri, Illinois, Florida, California and Colorado at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. I also spent a portion of my career at a major metropolitan newspaper training educators, delivering workshops and graduate courses, and enjoying numerous public speaking engagements. My degrees are in mass communications/journalism (undergraduate) and business management (graduate). I've continued my learning through professional development work with Dale Carnegie Training, Peak Potentials Training, Speakeasy, Decker Communications, and Outward Bound.
